This property exceeded our expectations. It was our favorite stay in Nepal! The staff are extremely proactive from the time you arrive, to arranging outings, and assisting in the restaurant. The restaurant had the best buffet breakfast of any place we stayed- fresh and great variety. The rooms are lovely and the window to view the hills and mountains is a bonus.

The Chef House Resort is an exceptional place in Kathmandu! We enjoyed the spacious room, the hot shower which worked flawlessly all the time, the high-quality food, including lunch/dinner and the continental breakfast which was included in our booking. The location is great for visiting the big Stupa and the famous Hindu temple. Just on the other side of the road there is a new and modern supermarket, very convenient. The airport is also not far away (20minutes with a taxi for ~4€). We can highly recommend this little oasis in Kathmandu which allows you to relax from the sometimes chaotic, dusty and loud city 😊

Dhulikhel Mountain Resort se nachází na 20 akrech upravených zahrad a nabízí panoramatický výhled na Himaláje. The staff, food, ambience everything was just perfect. All the staff starting from GM, Chef Mr. Rajiv, restaurant staff Mr. Kedar, Prasanta, Swapna, Subhash are a few to mention. The young lady at the reception (forgot her name) was just super. Made our stay smooth and comfortable. Quickest check-in and check-out.

Allowed me to last minute cancel of the day's 2 rooms where we were trapped in the traffic between Pohkara - Kathmandu for 32 hours due to major landslide.
