What an incredible experience we had from the first moment we arrived! All the staff was outstanding and you could see the dedication of every single person of the team, but I have to mention that Anna - our appointed concierge - was the best we have ever had, she was so kind and helpful, she always booked for us the best tables everywhere we wanted even if we announced her last-minute, she helped us have an outstanding experience and feel like royalties. We loved the serene and paradisiac feeling of the boutique hotel, the lush garden where the hotel is located, we loved the complimentary tuk-tuk service that was taking us in the evening to the restaurants and then back at the hotel whenever we wanted. The herbal press massage was an amazing experience, we loved the fact that we could go in the swimming pool directly from our balcony and the food at the restaurant was very good! We also appreciate the kind service provided by Mona at the restaurant. We also appreciated the DELICIOUS complimentary lunch with traditional khmer food we received before the car picked us up to go to the airport, the customer service provided by this hotel is first-class! Can't wait to be back to this hotel one day and we are so happy we discovered what an amazing country Cambodia is, it exceeded all our expectations.

The people at the Resort were incredibly friendly. We all got the best sleep in this Resort. We loved it there.

Nestled within tropical hanging gardens, Jaya House River Park Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel offering accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. We loved absolutely everything about this very special hotel. The staff are so lovely and remember EVERYTHING about what you like... it took only one interaction for them to remember special things about what you like (favorite drink, favorite spot to sit in the restaurant, etc.) The service is the most incredible we have experienced. Amazing meals at the restaurant, daily spa treatments were a dream, hours spent at the beautiful pool, the tuk tuks on demand to take us wherever we wanted... I could go on and on. If you are traveling to Siem Reap and rooms are available at the Jaya House, book it now and don't think twice.

I only stayed a night but the hotel was lovely. Easy and quick check in by a lovely lady on reception. The hotel was really quiet and the pool looked like a great way to relax after a day touring the sights. Location was central too.
