We booked a private tour to Angkor wat at the reception and were very pleased with the experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and together with the driver made the tour very pleasant.

Breakfast was amazing, plentiful and wonderful service. We had dinner at the resort too and the food was superb. Mr Pren helped organise all our trips. He is really friendly, helpful and attentive. Mr Pov was our tuk tuk driver for three days around Angkor Wat and he was patient and willing to take us wherever we wanted. I highly recommend him. Super friendly staff, room was so spacious and clean. We booked the family connecting room which was perfect for a family of four. Outstanding value for money, I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this place to everyone. Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. Absolutely everything!! Surroundings- absolutely stunning!! The grounds are well maintained and get exceptionally clean. The facilities are amazing! Great pool, gym and spa ( jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, sauna, steam room) Rooms- beautifully decorated with everything you’d need. Four bottles of water in the room was great! Never ever had to buy any. Also the rolls were always very clean. Food and drink- delicious. Staff- so welcoming, friendly,helpful and kind.

Set in Siem Reap, 3.1 km from Pub Street, Shintana Saya Residence features a year-round outdoor pool. The resort has a barbecue and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. My best hotel experience during this trip. Everything was more than perfect. The house is beautiful with a very nice garden and pool. The rooms are more like small studios, very spacious and modern. The shower was a real rain forest shower that I enjoyed every time. The location was not too far from the main stuff to see. The service was more than excellent from beginning to end. A big crowd of staff is there with a big smile and treating you like a king. From airport pick up that was freely offered in my booking option that received us in a modern SUV with coconut and sented towels to clean our hands and water bottles to how we were greates at the entrance of the hotel…whatever I asked for, was done immediately. It is a small residence so it feels like we had the entire place to ourselves. We also had free massage daily as part of our booking promotion. I expected a cheap massage but it was a very professional one and one of the best I ever had. The hotel also arranged all our activities and transport and reservations very professionally and all at decent price. They accept US dollars for payment but I think it is a common thing in Cambodia wherever I went. I also had in room dining and it was delicious and at a decent price.

Although we used Grab in most cases, the hotel will also arrange transportation for you including to and from the airport if you wish, and they will settle on the price with the driver for you. The hotel will also arrange a takeout breakfast if you are visiting Angkor Wat for sunrise.

They offered an exceptional variety of food and a menu if you desired something else for breakfast. The staff was so attentive to our family. It was a wonderful experience to stay there.
