Staff was amazingly attentive and even made a nice surprise for me for my first visit to India.

The Parison Plantation Experience is a fantastic place to getaway from India's busy cities and enjoy a relaxed and scenic stay in the Keralan countryside. The hotel manager, Benoi, was a brilliant host and the food at the resort was incredible. One evening it was just myself and my wife staying at the resort so the staff asked us if we had any special food requests and the chef prepared some speciality dishes for us to try, which included using fresh produce from within the tea plantation. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

The location, ambience, food, stay, rooms everything was excellent. Children enjoyed the location, swimming pool etc. It was a relaxing weekend. The owner, staff all were good, supportive.
