We visited Serene Crest Resort and had a delightful experience. This cozy resort, with its limited rooms, offers a serene and peaceful environment, making it an ideal getaway. While it isn't a fancy resort, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Nakul, Nikhil, and Laxmi, whose dedication and customer-first attitude made our stay memorable. The food was fresh, tasty, and added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a calm retreat amidst nature with great food and excellent service, this place is a must-visit. We loved everything about Parisons Heritage Tea Estate. From the moment you arrive you enter another world. Not sure if paradise exists but you can surely see it from this place! Shadh, Binoy and the staff performed top class service and welcome. Facilities are excellent. Setting is amazing! Words do not suffice and 10,/10 seems insufficient. Like the Terminator we will be back!

    "Absolutely breathtaking experience at Serene Resort! The moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff.     We had a fantastic time at Serene Crest Resort. we were a group of six people and we had the best holidays here.The staffs were exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was delicious. Also they had a wide range of activities offered at the resort and the pool was spacious and clean. we had a very good time here.

    Great resort with many activities for the family. Loved the food there as well as the surroundings and the large infinity pool. Staff is extra courteous and go to lengths to make it memorable. Loved the property and the greenery and the vegetable garden as well. Definitely recommend! Relaxing and rejuvenating!

    Lovely little resort tucked away in a tea plantation. Unreal misty mornings. Loved taking long walks on the property. Every single staff member was accommodating and super warm. Smiles all around and the hospitality was unforgettable. Mr. Binoy was the man in charge and he ensured our requests for different local foods and sightseeing were taken care of.
