The hotel recently opened (beg. of May 2025) and we had 2 wonderful nights here. It’s a very cosy hotel, perfect to relax ! The pool is big with warm water and we have a wonderful view on mount Agung. Everyone is so kind and make sure that you feel great. Thank you to everyone (special mention to Dinda & Ani). Everything was perfect, from the check in to the check out. When you arrive, you have 2 cocktails + a very tasty coconuts rice to eat. The villas are so cosy, very good bed and the private pool is a must have ! Special mention to the supervisors, we had good conversation and they are so helpful for every needs. We 100% recommend this hotel, thank you for everything. Ps: I strongly recommend the pancakes for the breakfast, they are sooooon good and tasty !

I have been travelling Indonesia 3 weeks now and this have been the absolute best stay! I cannot recommend enough! Starting from welcoming staff to princess bed and quality breakfast. I managed to also book a massage for very reasonable price. You won’t regret staying in this Resort.

We loved our stay at Deep Roots! From the beautiful, tasteful decor throughout the resort - rooms and wider facilities - to the incredible view, this was a special place to be. We were staying here primarily to relax and ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner - really great, fresh and healthy food. The breakfast was especially super with extensive options. We loved the tranquillity of the place: peaceful and a little haven. We really enjoyed the inclusive daily yoga classes and thought the yoga instructor was one of the best that we have experienced during our travels in this part of the world. What made our stay really special, though, was the staff. Everyone is just wonderful! So kind, friendly and thoughtful. We felt genuinely welcomed and think they make Deep Roots somewhere worth visiting.

This hotel was in the middle of nowehere and yet the service was a real 5* hotel. Food was delicious and juices. The private villa had a swimming pool and we had our breakfast there. It was magical to celebrate our Honeymoon. They have received us with a cake and a ornament in bed. It was excellent.

    Such a groovy place situated on top of the hill. This is the sister resort to Mambo Beach Resort. But I personally loved the tastefully design rooms in this one. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. And that I did. They provide transport services and scooter hire which I reccomend

    Beautiful rooms, spacious enough. I loved the eye for detail and decoration throughout the entire hotel. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. We took the free shuttle bus every day to mambo beach dive resort, which was very convenient. The mambo beach resort is a very good place to eat, drink, listen to live music and to do some diving/snorkelling. Bonus points for the Nemo bus! The breakfast is delicious as well. We would highly recommend the pancakes and the coconut overnight oats.

    Mambo hill resort was beautiful. So many plants everywhere, such a nice vibe, staff were so friendly and had a fun atmosphere. It's abit further back from the main area, so you get the peacefulness but as it's connected to the mambo beach resort, they do free shuttles to the beach. Super easy and covenant. Beautiful rooms, decor and delicious food !

    Food was good, cocktails were exceptional, the room was beautiful and clean. Staff were friendly and eager to help. The view of the volcano in the distance is awesome. The location is a bit out of the way, but that's kind of the point! There's a frequent shuttle to the beach resort, when you want a more lively scene. Snorkeling via the hotel was very good.

    Brand new hotel on a hill in Nusa Penida. Beautifull views of the see, the sun(set) and Mount Agung. We stepped straight from our room into the pool, which was great! The room is nice and has everything you need. There is a minibar, a hairdryer and free bottles of water. They offer a free ride from the hill to their colleagues of Mambo Beach Resort. It gives you the opportunity to eat somewhere else than at the hotel. The beach resort is great as well.

    The hotel was really clean, the rooms had a very beautiful view, especially in the morning ! The staff was kind, helpful, and respectful. They had a shuttle to go to the Mambo beach resort, and we didn’t have any problem to reach the beach.
