From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. Perfect when you stay for a layover. It is very near to the airport and offers a shuttle every hour. I arrived late, it was Ramadan and I was able to have dinner in the restaurant. People in the restaurant were the kindest! The bed was really comfortable. The pillows were the best! And the bathroom had all toiletries needed. I stayed overnight and left at the 7:00 am shuttle with the best impression of this hotel. I will use it again.

We received a generous beyond expectation upgrade to an opulent suite. The fine detail of this hotel can only be appreciated by an eye that is blessed with capturing elegance.     Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

    Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, Hotel is in a narrow, uphill dead end street hard to reach,, it is only 15 mins away but slope makes it difficult, Shuttle service is not reliable, very limited food options in breakfast and dinner (arabic taste only), no good food options available around the hotel. Would not recommend .

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of checkin even still we have 5 days remaining in our booking and he argue with us i show him the reciept of my booking then he realized its not us and he even not say sorry for us.And the bathroom is so dirty we are the one clean and kettle is not working we need to tell them not working

    Location is not good for access to haram Although its near to haram mosque in google maps or booking maps but roads are closed due to masar haram project U need an hour to reach haram from hotel and hotel shuttle bus will drop u at a tunnel which u have to walk for around 2kms

    I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too. In simple words they don’t care about anything even you ask them to help or fix anything

    It is a nice hotel with prime location

    It is a nice hotel with prime location It was with minimal occupation but better for me Breakfast was good Room service is avialable only when you request Swiming pool was under maintaince Stuff was cooperative Over all i recommend this hotel
