Excellent staff - rooms were clean and shower pressure was perfect. Very close to main square and landmarks. WiFi was good overall. Breakfast mas more than you can ask at any restaurant, and it came included in the room price. Staff was very kind to let me use their office meeting room for work video conference. Excellent transportation to the airport. Loved the place, would highly recommend.

    The most comfortable bed and pillows I had on my travel. I have to bring my own pillow but didn't have to unpack it. Super comfy beds+ good & quiet aircon. The location is great, the garage is two blocks away, but no issue. A bit of noise from the casino next door, but only annoying on Saturdays. Otherwise, rather quiet for the location. The breakfast is good and the coffee great. The café is open in the evening and as I can't have coffee in the evening I got delicious local hot chocolate. I felt well looked after. Needed a mechanic for my motorbike and the owner was driving around town with me to find the right spot. Super helpful. Very nice family and friendly staff! Will definitely return! Also the rooms have a nice design, not the same basic style like most of the other hotels.

    Great place to visit.

    Great place to visit. Not to many foreigners, mostly Peruvians from different departments. I stayed 4 completely days. If you go, choose any local tours from the plaza. Do not booked from a private travel agency as the will charged twice as much as the local tour places at the plaza. I had two tours per day 9:30-2:00 and the 3:30-6:30. Cumbemayo and ventanillas de Otuzco were my favorite places to see along with the city tour and the hacienda Porcon this last one I recommend to skip the mini zoo and take the horses to the upper valley to see the waterfall. Tried spendings more time, if possible to see the rainbow trout’s reservoir and eating lunch there. Best prices to buy local cheese and dulce de leche. On your last day, go to the thermal baths and request the new baths, about s/15 soles. Great places to relax and unwind. Eat at The hotel restaurant el Marque or at Fritos around the plaza

    It had just reopened due to a closing on account of COVID 19. The staff was very friendly and by the time we left they were calling us by our first names. I once forgot an article behind after using the baths and they safe guarded it until I returned.
