The hotel is located in a beautiful location, four stops by train from Amsterdam, get off at the Zaanse Schans stop. Trains run exactly on schedule. It's a leisurely ten minute walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel is located in an old two-story house with one side overlooking the bridge, the water and the Zaanse Schans. On the other side there is a view of the village. The room is clean, cleaning every day, good workers. The bed is large and high, the mattress is comfortable, four good pillows. The plumbing worked well, there was always cold and hot water. Breakfast at the hotel is simple but filling. Amlet or boiled eggs, fried bacon, three types of sliced sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs. You can make toast. Yogurt, cereal, croissants and other delicious things. Tasty coffee. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace is impressive and unforgettable. The hotel has very friendly and pleasant staff. Thank you very much for your warm welcome, we felt at home.

The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, great view out the window, kitchenette was super handy and the air condition worked. We were very happy to stay here 😊 Hotel is close to train and bus station. Albert Hijn Supermarket just across from the Hotel makes it easy with meals if you are on a budget and dont want to eat at restaurants/cafes all the time.
