At Hotel Senleja I felt immediately at home and very welcome. The modern and comfortable hotel is perfectly located for trips through Gauja National Park, the room was sparkling clean and there was always something special for breakfast among with the regular breakfast ingredients. Sound sleep in a beautiful historic environment surrounded by apple orchards and manor trails (go for an evening walk). The breakfast was the best we've had in the Baltic States. Don't forget to try the dinner meals: well prepared with fresh, local produce. We even had dinner one evening outside under the apple trees. What a treat!

Cosy hotel with nice staff. It has pretty much everything you need for a short stay, there is free water and coffee, the breakfast was delicious and with various options, and the quality of food was good.
