The couple that run the HOTEL are super friendly and very helpful. It was a perfect location as we were huge group of people getting together there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was very nearby to where everybody was staying.

Tofana Cortina offers a lot more than you can tell from Booking! It starts with the personnel, everybody seems genuinely glad to have you as a guest and is willing to help you with any question or request. Breakfast is abundant and we were assigned a table for our whole stay, this also means we were greet every morning by the same staff that quickly learned our preferences. The SPA is the 'secret gem' of this hotel. Spacious, brand new, well attended, an oasis for that rainy day. We enjoyed Federico's Aufguss sauna ceremony every day of our stay. Some other activities and entertainment were offered during the week as part of our stayed that made it very special and enjoyable. This hotel was our favorite of our northern Italy trip and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended.

It was modern, clean, while maintaining a sense of character true to the region. It was a 10 minute walk into town which gave some sense of seclusion as well as easy access to the restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and we dined in the hotel for one of our dinners. The restaurant manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a lady who worked at the front desk, she wore glasses, and was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this place if you are heading to cortina!

The room was clean and with nice view ! The fact that they are cleaning the room twice a day is amazing, they take care of the small details like preparing glass of water by the bad! The breakfast was good with beautiful view of the mountains. The stuff was helpful with good recommendations on the area! The spa is really good to relax at the end of the day. The staff was amazingly kind. They helped us with our hiking plans and information placed around the hotel. The spa was excellent with 2 saunas, a warm swimming pool and many places to relax, which was very important after long days of trekking. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, The center of the town is within 15 minutes walk or 5 min. driving.

    The ParkHotel Ladinia is a wonderful hotel with lovely and attentive service. The breakfast is very complete offering anything one could want to begin the day. Dinners are also very good, every course is delicious. This is a very, very well run hotel where details and crisp attention matter. It's also very calming and beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the spa/pool with the indoor-outdoor design. I had a car rental issue that was very frustrating and protracted. Each person who assisted me at the front desk was kind, professional and skilled, enabling me to resolve the problem. I chose to stay in San Vito di Cardore rather than Cortina d'Ampezzo because I wanted a more calm atmosphere. It's an easy short drive to Cortina if you want to do shopping, evening events or enter the fray of many people. I treasured the calm and quiet of this hotel. And the views are spectacular.

    This property is situated right in the center of the town of Cortina. It is a very easy walk to tons of restaurants and bars. The absolute best place to eat though is the hotel restaurant itself- it was so good we ate there twice in two days!! The property has very helpful staff and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We had some Mountain View’s from our balcony and even saw a traditional parade walking down the street. This property was about a 35 minute drive to the popular Three peaks hiking area. The hotel was very accommodating and offered us a pre packaged breakfast for the day we had an early morning hike. We were very happy with our stay!

    Georgia was a gem! She made us personal breakfast bags, along with a thermos of coffee, each morning we hiked (breakfast wasn't served until 7:30, so she wanted to make sure we were fed leaving at 5:30-6 am). All of the staff members were kind and accommodating. The rooms were updated with rainfall shower heads and the views were absolutely incredible! And the location was impeccable to the trailheads, restaurants and shops.

    It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards. Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views.     Great base for exploring the Dolomites. Lovely setting with mountains on all sides of the lake which was also very picturesque to stroll around or you could take a pedalo or a rowing boat. Recommended eateries: Quinz and Pizzeria Eidelweiss. Great if you wnat to join the queue for the car park for Tre Cime bright and early to ensure you get in.

    We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo. Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day trips in the dolomit area. There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

    We had an absolutely perfect experience during our 5-day stay at Garni Civetta, tucked away in the stunning Italian Dolomites.     Nice quaint small town located in the Dolomites. Strongly suggest avoiding it between July and early September. Far too many people to really enjoy it. Our prior visit was in mid-October 2023 and it was much better as tourist and holiday season was over. Weather was better in October as well, not too hot, so hiking was much more pleasant.

    What a beautiful town, full of mountain charm. The scenery and lake are stunning. There a a variety of food options and cute stores, but pay attention to hours of operation.we truly enjoyed the restaurant Moma, in the Hotel Diana and it’s sister restaurant, La Zupo up the mountain at the first gondola stop. The Fun Bob is a must, at the adventure park! They have great open air markets by the lake and have amazing food & items for sale.

    A lot of people stay in Cortina D'Ampezzo because there are lot of lodging, activity and food options. Staying at Misurina, however, is magical and peaceful. There are just enough options for lodging and food. It's also very close to Tre Cime and Lago di Braies. If you want a quieter and more peaceful stay, I would go with Misurina.
