FAQs about hotels in Disneyland Paris

A Whole New World

The magic of Mickey, Minnie and friends has thrilled visitors to France since 1992, the year that Disneyland Paris (or Eurodisney as it was then known) first opened its doors.

Set in Marne-la-Vallée, the most popular theme park in Europe includes Disneyland Park where larger-than-life characters parade down Main Street USA. Also here are the park’s most famous rides, including Big Thunder Mountain, as well as more leisurely amusements for younger children.

Next door is the Walt Disney Studios Park, where stunt riders strut their stuff, and backstage insights demonstrate how the magic comes to life. Of course, this part of Disneyland Paris also has a parade and its fair share of rides.

Booking.com offers a great range of apartments, B&Bs and hotels near Disneyland Paris, some offering free shuttles to the park. The closest accommodation is in the villages of Magny-le-Hongre, Serris and Chessy, but the park has its own train station, so can be easily reached from Bussy-Saint-Georges and Torcy, as well as from Paris itself.

If you’re hiring a car, the options are even greater. Chelles has a distinctive church and offers quick access to the capital. Lagny-sur-Marne is set by a tranquil river, as is Meaux which also has a stately cathedral and adjoining bishops palace, as well as a tasty brie.

Our experience at Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, my daughter and I felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The room was spotless—super clean and well prepared—and we were even greeted with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, a small detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. What touched me most was how special they made my daughter feel—she truly felt like a princess the entire stay. The magic wasn’t just in the parks, but inside the hotel too! Disney characters often make surprise appearances, which added so much joy and excitement. You also get about an hour before the official park opening to enjoy games, activities, and the unique atmosphere without the big crowds—it was the perfect way to start each day. The restaurants were lovely as well—great food, warm ambiance, and always filled with laughter and smiles. They also help with organizing taxis, which made everything super easy and stress-free. Truly, it felt like home, only with a little extra sparkle. We can’t wait to return and live the magic all over again!

Atmosphere and staff! Amazing staff - staff are so polite and friendly, interact with guests and very personable! I did notice some guests were quite difficult and rude at times to the bar staff and one guest asked for a manager, which was unfair as the guests were unreasonable! I just want to let you know I travelled with my husband and child and what makes the experience was how amazing your staff are, you truly have a great team of staff! 10 stars for customer service and hospitality!

    Excellent location for Disneyland trips.

Excellent location for Disneyland trips. Bus (regular and almost right outside) or train direct (10 minute walk through shopping centre). Bus station to return is NOT the one attached to Disney but outside and around the corner. We were not charged for any bus ride as they would only take cash and we had no euro's - driver just waved us on each time !! Shopping centre has a Primark - ideal to buy some Disney T Shirts and backpack for the day all a quarter of the price of Disneyland. It also has a SeaLife Centre underneath so ideal for kids on a rainy day. Masses of places to eat in shopping centre - nice restaurants (that are not too pricey) through to pastry/coffee bars. Chinese was excellent - two course meal for 2 people @ £35.00. Most open 1000 - 2100. Don't recommend the corner pastry bar close by - very expensive, poor service and not great eats. Head for the shopping centre - coffee so much better as is service. Balcony in apartment so welcome. Comfy beds and clean linen aplenty. Washing machine and dryer so useful. We took only hand luggage (undies and jeans etc) and bought all toiletries and spare clothes there. Saved hours at the airport and hand luggage isn't weighed !! Will save £150.00 each person.

location is in 5th ring, pretty far outside city. Room in disrepair, single soap for shower, and dispenser was broken. Rack to hang clothes broken, 3 whole hangars in closet. Refused to give us 3rd towel. Shower backed up and took multiple hours to get maintenance while the floor was a pool. I wouldn't stay here twice unless last resort.

    Bussy St.

Bussy St. George is a vibrant area with a mix of cultures, especially a strong Asian influence. You’ll find plenty of Asian restaurants, markets, and products around. The main train station is just 11-15 minutes from Disneyland, and a one-way trip with a Navigo pass costs 2.50 euros. Whether you’re traveling one station or heading to central Paris, the price is the same. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the main tourist attractions in Paris, though trains can be crowded around 8-9 AM. It’s manageable, but expect some people. If you have extra time, check out Val D'Europe. The shopping mall is huge, with tons of shops and places to eat. They also have the SeaLife Experience, which is a hit with kids, but fun for anyone really.

Good public transport network to Central Paris.

Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere for families, with a kids' corner, a swimming pool, and a small shop for essentials. The aparthotel's proximity to Disneyland Paris is a major plus, and the complimentary shuttle bus is a highly appreciated amenity for easy transportation to the parks. Staff are highlighted for being helpful, friendly, and going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Villa that are spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped. it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I am writing to the Opration Manger Mr. Thomas to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my stay from 13/8/2025 to 20/8/2025. The area of chelles is extremely poor and is quite dangerous, especially at night. I would definitely not recommend families booking anywhere near this area. There are hardly any shops around and the areas are very poorly lit. There are random men walking around at night time on their own lurking up and down the area. I went to a pizza shop there to get a pizza around 10:30 at night after coming out of Disney with my family while I was parked in my vehicle a strange man came up to the window banging on it and was screaming something in French. I moved my car to a different location while I was waiting for my food and another man came from a side alleyway looked like he had been in a fight and was leaking around the vehicle which my family was in so I had to lock all the doors thank God the pizza man came out and stopped them and waited with me while my food was being packed up to go. He said it’s okay while I’m here and then I got in my vehicle and left straight away if it wasn’t for the people in the pizza shop, I don’t know what the other men were going to do please, please do not go here with Young family or by yourself.

Meaux is a beautiful and recommended place for a long stay, especially with your own car. Several dining options are available. Though it’s far from Paris and Disneyland, it remains one of the best places to stay.
