I love the old city and parks of Santiago de Compostela.
I love the old city and parks of Santiago de Compostela. It's a beautiful and spiritual place and lively too. As a vegetarian, I found it very easy to find good and nutritious food. I will definitely be visiting again to soak up the vibe.Guest review byDeepabenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We stayed in the Old Town in central Leon and it was fantastic. Beautiful plaza’s around most corners and wonderful buildings of Gaudi and Leon Cathedral which are amazing. Food and drink very cheap and most bars provide a tapas with every drink.Guest review bySEANUnited Kingdom - 10.0

My main reason for visiting Burgos was to see the monasteries: La Cartuja de Miraflores Monasterio Las Huelgas Reales Monasterio de San Pedro de Cardeña These are superb examples of Romanesque Architecture and are still inhabited by monks/nuns, They are not in the centre of the city and one needs to take a taxi - not far and not expensive . They are so peaceful and relaxing.Guest review byLilySpain - 10.0

The old part of town is smallish, but fabulous food and drink in a never ending series of tapas bars. Nice old market. We hit on the festival of Sant Fermin, which was a great spectacle. Easy to walk, busses were good, reasonable night bus service. Visitor friendly Camino town. Scenery outside Pamplona in Navarra is superb.Guest review byFionnualaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I was pleased with my time in Arzua. I was tired.
I was pleased with my time in Arzua. I was tired. It was a long hard walk with a 40 lb pack on my back, so reaching Arzua and having a clean comfortable bed with a private bathroom and the promise of a hearty breakfast the next morning was a bonus. Also I learned that I could have someone courier my back pack to my next destination was a very welcome piece of news.Guest review byPamelaCanada - 10.0

O Pedrouzo is a small town on the way to El Camino De Compostela. We only needed to stay one night and that was enough. I'm not sure if there were much to do in town. We tried two restaurants El Bule and Galaicos that serve traditional Galician food. Prices were fair and food was good.Guest review byJuan - 10.0

It was amazing to arrive in Portomarin and dip my feet in the river. It was the best foot spa experience I have ever had. Great spot to rest when walking the Camino from Sarria. There was a couple of people singing and playing a guitar under a bridge and that made the whole experience even more romantic.Guest review byMaryIreland - 10.0
