From the moment we entered our fantastic room with treats, through the usage of the pool and (outdoor and in room!) Jacuzzi, the wonderful meal through the free usage of electric bikes until our departure treat we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Cristal clean, all the amenities provided (until the details of kitchen paper, coffee filters... well equipped kitchen as well), everything looked great, as in the pictures, and it was only 10 min walk from Santillana del Mar center (and that's slow walking because we have a 5-year old daughter...). We couldn't ask for more. Great place with friendly people!
