    Welcoming service. The butler and reception are more than willing to offer help. Spacious room with snacks included. Infinity pool, water park and indoor swimming pool are super nice facilities to be used. The buggy network is convenient to travel within the resort too.

    Everything from reception staff to facilities were perfect. Reception staff especially the person who knows a lot of languages gave us a warm welcome and good bye at the time of check out. Facilities were all great, nice comfortable and modern room. Swimming pools both indoor and outdoor were great. Lazy river was amazing. Also very good location, if you want shopping then mall is just opposite

    The Hotel attractions for kids are amazing and defiantly bring value to money, Lazy river, water slides, kids pool , toddler pool, bouncy pool, bouncy castle and more. there is also a 40 meters length swimming pool for 14+ The fitness Gym is good as well with 5 treadmills and a lot of other equipment. The breakfast food and food in recusants is diverse and good. In summery - this is a perfect location for a holidays with kids if the sun is out and the weather is right.

    The indoor swimming pool was lovely and so was the outdoor swimming pool. Highlight was watching the sun setting in the Dubai Eye from the outdoor swimming pool. Location was fantastic- tram , literally outside and across the road - Barasti Beach. Staff were fantastic. Room was great. Loved staying here. If you wanted a bar- you had Garden at 8 across the road and Barasti Beach bar also across the road.. supermarket very close by
