The hotel is new, very clean, has a great vibe in part due to the decor but mostly thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. This is a lovely well run urban retreat, befitting of the Paspaley legacy...on return each evening you feel as though you leave behind the chaos and dirtiness of Manhattan once you walk through the doors.

Can be a bit congested at times, so plan on some extra time to get there from the airports, but once there you're in the middle of NYC. The room, though small, was very clean, bright, and comfortable, and for the most part, quiet, too. We didn't hear noises from the city at all.

BIG thank you to housekeeping, they came twice a day and couldn’t do enough for us!
