We chanced it in a random regional town and it’s been our most favourite house on our two week trip! The host was super friendly and helpful. The house is a genuine old (but amazing) Japanese house. It was also stocked with food and drinks and local rice to purchase. Would rate this 12/10 if we could!! We’ll be back for sure.
