The accommodations were immaculate and offered a stunning view of Lake Kivu. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Savine and the manager, Jean Marie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room package also included access to a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, and a car cleaning service for guests who drove themselves. They are also available to help organize various activities, including boat rides and jet skiing. I highly recommend Ubucuti for anyone looking for a peaceful and private place to unwind and rejuvenate

The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.

Lake Kivu Serena Hotel se nachází jen 3 km od centra města Gisenyi. Hotel má venkovní bazén, restauraci a bar. The lovely staff, their professionalism, the over all experience is waaaay above expectations. The service in terms of quality, speed and of course the location all is above satisfactory. Moreover it’s not crowded, feels very private, upscale and a relief after an along day. Our top hotel so far in whole Rwanda, we stayed in many places so far and surely will be our one to go to in our next visit. Thanks a lot 🙏

The house is in a great location in a quiet upscale neighborhood, very clean, nicely decorated, and with well equipped kitchen. Really an excellent comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
