Breakfast was excellent He has only 2 rooms I would STRONGLY ADVISE that you book this well in advance. I am 100% confident that people will not be disappointed unless you are the type of person who prefers a really high-end 5-star luxurious stay. In which case you pay the price accordingly. This place offers excellent service and has to be best value for the money

A very beautiful villa that has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We ended up staying here for a week because it was such a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money.
