The staff we dealt with were all very warm and friendly, offering tips and advice for local areas and landmarks to visit. The meals we had were also superb.

This romantic 4-star country house hotel offers views from each bedroom. It offers a Scottish dining and local seafood in the property's restaurant with a choice of menus. The view was unreal, likely the best of our all of our stays so far. It was easy to get to & the beds were comfortable. They even have 3 highland cows & 2 goats on their property that you can go visit :).

Room 1, Loch Etive House, Connel near Oban, a property with a garden, is set in Connel, 5.1 km from Dunstaffnage Castle, 8 km from Corran Halls, as well as 48 km from Massacre of Glencoe. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Location was nice and we had use of kitchen and dining room. Also, it had a great bathtub, which was nice after hiking.

Featuring a bar, Port Nan Gael Pods provides accommodation in Pennyghael. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. My pod experience was amazing. The design of them is really well considered and thought out. And you really can't beat the views out onto the water. The communication was great, and I felt really well considered even though I realize I didn't interact with anyone to check in or out (but did eat at the Inn and used the shop for snacks). It was a really special place even with the rain, a delayed Ferry ride, and coming in the dark. I want to return and stay longer!
