The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. An excellent staying to a very beautiful room. Best breakfast ever. The spa service was terrific!! For sure I would stay there next time

The rooms are spacious and feature a small kitchenette fully equipped for cooking if I choose to. I often visit the nearby market to prepare small meals, which adds to the convenience of my stay. Middle Eastern restaurants are just five minutes away, and there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs for a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the International Fair Center, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure trips.

Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. The breakfast was wonderful,the buffet consist of both continental and intercontinental.The staff attendance to guest was wonderful especially receptionist 12. Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.
