Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Tento historický hotel byl postaven v roce 1890 a byl jedním z prvních hotelů v Lauterbrunnenu. We loved our stay! We stayed in 4 different hotels during our Swiss trip and this one was by far the best even if it wasn’t the most expensive. Staff was very friendly - they upgraded our room and provided baby bed for free. The view from the room is incredible (we had mountains but there is a free access to the balcony on the third floor if you want to take pics of the waterfall). Location was perfect. Parking is very specious. Breakfast was great and the mood in the restaurant is very relaxed. They also have a tea/coffee available for free the whole day and a playgroup corner for kids. You can find a booklet with the information about the area/things to do and hiking routes in the room that we found very interesting and useful!

Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. My room was well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The staff were courteous and cooperative throughout my stay. The room was spacious, providing ample space to move around comfortably. The food was of good quality and taste; I particularly enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner options. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Nice and quiet location, clean room, the breakfast was fabulous with some of swiss cheese. We return again

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. The location is amazing, close to the west station. The staff is really kind and we love the service and cleaning. They allowed us to use their tables outside to have dinner and the hot beverages are really good
