Everything was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stay in Vietnam. Staff were amazing. Luise especially was great! Plenty of amazing restaurants on the doorstep. Really nice room with comfy beds and amazing garden area to relax in!!! 10/10

I had a very pleasant stay at the Huong Mai Hotel. The check-in was smooth and straightforward. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. It's in a quiet location within walking distance of the main area. Jenny was very helpful with recommendations for the area, suggesting what to do and see. She speaks good English and communicates effectively.

The room was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's rest. The thing I liked most was the kind staff who always greeted us and helped us enthusiastically whenever we needed something. They gave us detailed recommendations whenever we asked about places to eat or visit. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the city center, with many lovely cafes, grill restaurants, and tourist spots around.
