    We had a lovely few days in Pendle House, Apt 3. It had everything we needed for our stay in Colwyn Bay. The location was great, just 5 minute walk from the promenade and the town centre, with free on-street parking just across the road. Check-in and Check-out were seamless and the host Joel was lovely to deal with and great with helpful information throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Pendle House, Apt 3 and if we ever return to Colwyn Bay, I would have no hesitation in booking again.

    Large room with bay window facing the sea. Fairly clean and plenty of tea making items and biscuits. Good LG flat screen TV but difficult to operated without instructions. The view from the bedroom over the bay was stunning. Car parking is provided at the rear but unless you have a small hatchback you will not get in the allocated space. I ended up parking my 'Sorento' on the promenade where I could see it from my room

    I stayed only two night in my trip to Wales and England. The Northwood is located in a quiet small town, near the sea. I don't know how it is with public transportation, I travelled with a rented car and it was very easy to access the location, there is free parking on the street in front of the building. The room was like brand new, it was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The price for the value was very good.
