Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and exceeded my expectations. It's a short walk from the train station (though it does mean it's a bit of a walk to the castle) and the whole place has a really relaxed and charming vibe. Value for money was great, and there are many things to like. Staff is friendly and I really liked the design and setup of the rooms. Then there is the nicely set up onsen on the top floor with an indoor and outdoor bath, as well as a sauna and cold plunge bath. On top of that, there is free ice cream, free yakult in the morning, free ramen in the evening (after 9:30 pm) and free drinks from 3 pm to midnight. Design of the place is very Japanese (shoes in locker at entry) and with all the perks included, we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance as well. Would return if in Matsumoto again.

A beautifully renovated Ho(s)tel in Hakuba. It was very cozy & nice to meet some people around the firepit with some beers. Chef's great and the hospitality of the people, out of this world. Thank you very much!

Located in the Happo one area. Transfer service was heavenly! Staff was super nice and the onsen was perfect after a day out!

하쿠바에 자리한 The Happo by HHG에서는 레스토랑, 무료 전용 주차장, 바 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 쓰가이케 코겐 스키장에서 7.9km 거리에 있습니다. 투숙객은 온천탕, 자전거 대여 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 금연실 호텔에는 무료 Wi-Fi, 사우나 등이 마련되어 있습니다. Super clean room with exceptional breakfast. All staff was excellent as well

We loved the hospitality of our hosts. Meals were amazing! Our hosts went out of their way to ensure our stay was incredible!

Truly one of the highlights of our time in Japan. The building, rooms, and onsen are incredible and the hospitality can't be beat. We were caught in a rainstorm before our scheduled pickup and the owners so kindly dried our sopping wet clothes and shoes. After that, we warmed up in the onsen which left our skin feeling so smooth and headed to a delicious and expansive dinner. We finished the night falling asleep to the roaring sound of the waterfall due to the heavy rains. We'll definitely be back.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the Onsen was wonderful. The location was good and the staff welcoming. A delicious breakfast was served

Takayama에 자리한 Ryokan Warabino에서는 정원, 무료 전용 주차장, 레스토랑 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 스자카시 동물원에서 12km 거리에 있습니다. 1988년에 지어진 이 3성급 료칸에서 머물러보세요 숙소는 젠코지에서 24km, 나가노역에서 25km 거리에 있습니다. Ryokan Warabino is on an idyllic Japanese valley, overlooking Nagano city. A bit far from everywhere, you definitely need a car to get there! Place is super clean, and rooms are so so nice, comfortable individual mattresses on a tatami floor. Three different onsens to choose from, two of them are outdoors, so relaxing, and you can have them booked privately, never had a problem to get to use them all. On top of that food....oh my...please add it to your booking because you will try to get what traditional japanese food is, so delicious. Dinner was abundant, with 9 courses, make sure your belly is empty before going! Breakfast was as well super traditional, with plenty of different small dishes to try. Staff was all the time smiling, and super accommodating. I would come back thousand times if I could! Thank you so much Ryokan Warabino for such an amazing experience!
