Situated in Jozankei, 27 km from Sapporo Station, Jozankei Onsen Yurakusoan features accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, free private parking, an open-air bath and a shared lounge. Very cozy Japanese style ryokan. Staffs were very friendly and excellent service from them.

3.8 km from Lake Toya in Lake Toya, Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort HIKARINOUTA provides accommodation with access to a sauna, hot spring bath and spa facilities. What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

民泊 47ハウス 家族でも楽しめる温泉付き一軒家, a property with a garden, is located in Shiraoi, 25 km from Higashi-muroran Station, 31 km from Muroran, as well as less than 1 km from Kojohama Park Golf Club. The house is amazing and the owner is really nice and booked us a taxi to go back to the station. It has an onsen within, traditional clothes.

Situated in Kutchan, 4.2 km from Hirafu Station, Setsu Niseko features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a restaurant. Everything was great. Staffs were helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great selection of foods. Ones was good both public and private. Toyota Rent-Car was just across from the hotel. Bus stop was just few minutes away from the hotel if you need to go Kutchan.

Set in Otofuke, 11 km from Obihiro Station, Tokachigawa Moor Onsen Seijyakubow offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and spa facilities. What can I say.... this is by far the most extreme hotel I've stayed in. The service was impeccable. The moment you arrive in your car they flag you down and check you in right by the hotel. Then they proceed to unload all your luggage and carry them in for you. The hotel was mostly locals and they came to only stay for a night or two at most so they usually only came with 1 suitcase, but we arrived with 8. The staff mobilised like a well organised squad and each staff came to carry each of our bags individually. When you enter the hotel for the first time you're greeted by 6-8 staff in beautiful yukatas bowing and welcoming you. You take your shoes off at the entrance and they store it for you til you want to leave again. I literally couldn't fault anything. The food was amazing, we topped up money for whatever we could. Had teppenyaki on the first night and kaiseki on the second. The rooms are immaculate, very very very spacious and the onsen was very beautiful. You can just wake up everyday and watch the sunrise in your private balcony or onsen.

Boasting a fitness centre and a bar, Portom International Hokkaido is situated in Chitose, 100 metres from New Chitose Airport Onsen and 15 km from Salmon Hometown Chitose Aquarium. The most fantastic hotel I've stayed at. Highly recommend! The location was right in the airport. The hotel felt so relaxing and the staff was amazing! The gentleman that helped take our bags to our room was super kind and showed us how to use all the technology in the room. Was a great experience, would love to book here again.

Set in Kutchan and with Hirafu Station reachable within 12 km, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono offers concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

Chalet Ivy Jozankei offers a sauna and free private parking, and is within 27 km of Sapporo Station and 33 km of Shin-Sapporo Station. Friendly staff and great MANAGEMENT little pricey but unique location and property! The room was great huge and onsen the highlight!
