Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring provides rooms in Matsumoto near Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and exceeded my expectations. It's a short walk from the train station (though it does mean it's a bit of a walk to the castle) and the whole place has a really relaxed and charming vibe. Value for money was great, and there are many things to like. Staff is friendly and I really liked the design and setup of the rooms. Then there is the nicely set up onsen on the top floor with an indoor and outdoor bath, as well as a sauna and cold plunge bath. On top of that, there is free ice cream, free yakult in the morning, free ramen in the evening (after 9:30 pm) and free drinks from 3 pm to midnight. Design of the place is very Japanese (shoes in locker at entry) and with all the perks included, we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance as well. Would return if in Matsumoto again.

熱海温泉 実の別荘 features a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 1.6 km of Atami Sun Beach and 27 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station. The owner was super friendly and kept the onsen open late for us when we were out too late. He helped us research restaurants in the area and even gave us ice cream after a hot bath!

SOKI ATAMI features a sauna and a hot spring bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Atami, 1.7 km from Atami Sun Beach. This 4-star ryokan offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. Beautiful hotel, the private ONSEN is such a luxury and the dining experience for dinner is definitely recommended!!

Onyado Yuinosho, Shirakawago provides a sauna and free private parking, and is within 45 km of Hida Minzoku Mura Folk Village and 46 km of Takayama Station. It felt like a premium experience. The room was bigger than expected which felt good. The onsen had a lot of options such as a sauna and cold dip among more.

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, La Vista Fujikawaguchiko features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

Hotel views are spectacular. The free breakfast and evening buffet is amazing. The free shuttle to the station is huge bonus. The property is kept super clean and the staff is wonderful and very hospitable. The rooms are so spacious and the views from the room is unbeatable. I loved it!!!!

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Rooms are renovated in Japanese style and I loved it. Views are impressive. Taken the first coffee facen the Fuji in your room is a total experience. The staff was so nice. And I highly recommend the dinner in the hotel!!!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. We had an amazing experience at the hotel in every sense. The most remarkable trait is the incredible treatment we received by the staff. Thank you so much!

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. Excellent breakfast, location and super helpful staff. There is a shuttle service between the train station and a hotel.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Everything was perfect!! Came for 1 night and after meeting the staff, seeing the beautiful unique hotel, the rooms, facilities, view and location, we regretted not staying there more. Super recommended!
