We arrived after a 13 1/2 day of volleyball to find out they over sold rooms and had ZERO rooms available. Then acted like it was my problem to solve! The house keeping manager beat on my door twice and told me I had to leave. A young child and a man came into my room while I was getting dressed. The front desk called to see if I was in the room and asked some questions. The staff that checked me in September 1 did not check me in for September 2. They did not communicate with the next shift. Please contact the Marriott at the Capital Indianapolis they approved the reimbursement for September 2 to my credit card. Thank youGuest review byErnestSolo traveller
