The view from the rooftop terrace was nothing short of spectacular. Befitting the hotel's name, the staff were incredibly cordial indeed. The enchanting Playa de Las Canteras, covered with its world-renowned fine golden sand, is about 5.5 km away.

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

Thanks to the hotel’s unbeatable location, it offers spectacular views over a 6 km stretch of sand dunes and the ocean that bathes them. This 5-star hotel is flooded by daylight and has a functional and urban interior and décor. Daniela made check in a positive experience. The welcome drink is a blessing with the dehydration of travel. I had help with luggage so I could have heating / cooling system explained. I used both the pool and the gym.

Guest can also enjoy a cocktail in the piano bar Carabela and in the Alis Roof Top Bar. Everything! High end hotel with everything pretty perfect. The hotel staff let me check in early, check out late and I had access to the 5th floor pool the whole time. Perfect!

BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.
