All the staff were very friendly. The view of the waterfalls from the hotel is so good. The sound of waterfalls was mesmerising. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel had opened on the day i stayed! The staff were amazing and so accomodating. Staying in a brand new room felt fun and if there were any issues (just due to it being just opened), the staff were sure to sort them out immediately! I felt like the most special guest in the hotel and this was appreciated.

We booked for one night to catch our flight the next day. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet - the beds very comfy. Also the staff was very nice and we had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend. The airport is just around the corner.

This hotel had great staff, hospitality and I enjoyed my meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The manager Arun was lovely as well as Vinil and all the other wait staff were professional yet warm. I also loved how local and Indian artists were featured on their walls. It's very tasteful. As I stayed over Christmas, the festive cake was fabulous and the manager put two pieces aside as he knew I wanted some. The gym is super clean, and the design of the hotel and rooms are beautiful. Stay here any time.

Our stay at Softouch felt like a home away from home. The ambiance was incredibly homely, and the family's hospitality made us feel like part of their own family for 3 days. The delicious home-cooked food served was definitely the highlight. They were really flexible and understanding with the check-in and check-out timings, making things easier for us as guests.
