We had a truly wonderful stay at Rock Shade Chalet – Sigiriya. The chalet was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful natural setting close to the main attractions. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and freshly prepared, making our stay very comfortable. A special mention goes to Mr. Lasantha, who gave us massive support throughout our stay. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made a big difference. Furthermore, he arranges Sri Lankan cooking lessons for foreign guests, which is a wonderful initiative to share our food and culture with the world. What impressed us most is that all of this is offered at an affordable price, and the team works tirelessly 24/7 to give their very best to guests. Overall, Rock Shade Chalet is a perfect place for a peaceful family getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sigiriya.

Located 2.6 km from Sigiriya Rock, Sigiriya Hillside View Villa offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Everything was great! Quiet location with nice to view Sigiriya rock. They are really really helpful people who can organize around sigiriya. And breaky was so good!

Located in Sigiriya, 2.3 km from Sigiriya Rock and 5.5 km from Pidurangala Rock, Nice View Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace. The entrance was a little hidden, and there was no office, but the host came out when we arrived and showed us to our room. Fruit juice was provided once we settled in, which we had on the balcony. Rooms were great and very clean, the bathroom large and very nice. Breakfast was great, a recommended out of the way gem.

Situated 3.5 km from Sigiriya Rock, Nimsara Lodge Sigiriya features accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. This was by far our best accommodation in Sri Lanka. Very clean, pleasant, with an excellent breakfast. It is a family run business, the sons checked us in and showed us around, mum cooks excellent breakfasts and (if you ask) lunches and dinners, all absolutely great. Dad runs Tuk Tuk and has very nice prices and overall he is a very nice gentleman. He took us by tuk tuk to the sunrise at Lion's Rock and spent the whole next day with us taking us around all the sights in Polonaruwa and then on to Dambulla and finally on the bus. He showed us which bus to take and arranged with the driver to take care of us. Absolutely great experience, if we go to Sri Lanka again we will not skip this place.

Set in Sigiriya, 2.2 km from Sigiriya Rock and 5.4 km from Pidurangala Rock, Sigiri Jungle Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. The place was fully covered with trees. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom was big and clean. Janak, the owner was very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was wholesome and tasty. I strongly recommend to book this place. Worth money. Perfect stay at Sigiriya.

Host were very friendly and caring, helped us to orginize a elephant safari trip ✨️ place was very clean and the most important very cosy and quite🌿🌴 We enjoyed to stay alot and would recommend it to everyone 💯🧡

Featuring garden views, Isanka Lion Lodge in Sigiriya features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant. We stayed there for a night and booked this location due to wonderful comments about its owner and location. And it is absolutely true. It is a small yet lovely hotel and also just 5 mins tuk tuk ride from the Sigiriya Rocks. Also very easily accessible to city center and restaurants. The owner is a fine gentleman and really friendly. We forgot our two bags and realised after we got call from hotel and we were around 20 kms away. The owner sent the bags via tuk tuk and did not accept cash for this extra effort done by them. We were really grateful to them.

Featuring city views, Sigiri Lake Paradise in Sigiriya features accommodation, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Honestly can't recommend Sigiriya Lake Paradise enough! Stayed here for 5 nights and it felt like home. The location is stunning literally on a lake with a view of Lion's Rock. Chami and the family are super friendly and helpful, they even came with me on some day trips and made sure I was sorted with everything. And the food Absolutely delicious.If you're heading to Sigiriya, definitely book in here. You won't regret it.
