Outstanding Service & Kindness! We didn’t get the chance to stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas, but we were truly amazed by the professionalism and generosity of the staff — especially Jeffrey Katz, Director of Rooms. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our reservation at the very last moment, and yet the hotel was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Jeffrey responded with compassion and offered a thoughtful resolution that went above and beyond. Friends of ours who were able to stay at the hotel shared glowing feedback — they said the experience was excellent in every way, with warm and attentive hospitality that truly stood out. This kind of service is rare and says everything about the quality and integrity of the team at this hotel. The view from the Tower room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were helpful. The restaurant and bar were great and the location of the hotel is perfect. We had a very good stay.
