Really a big Surprise! From the reception ( the lady Mr. Sofia she speak Italian too!), to all the sentire stuff, everyone super gently. This hotel Is a real Boutique !! Feel fresh, clean, quite. And the big spacious room, clean with fridge and amenities. I strongly recommend this hotel, right in a city old center.

Great boutique hotel, nestled high above the river. I stayed in a french balcony room and was only expecting the window to tilt open - but actually the rooms have a small triangular balcony, pleasantly surprised. All the staff were very helpful, and were able to assist me in booking restaurants, spas, transfers etc. Would definitely recommend, location was very useful for me as I was doing multiple day tours from the close-by Avlabari metro stop a short 5 min walk away. There is a hill if walking from Old Town - so keep this in mind if you are planing to do lots of activities there - and also the street the hotel is one-way, so I found it easier to walk to the start of the road to catch ride-shares like Bolt/Taxis (very affordable). Room cleaned every day if wanted, and two bottles of water given each day, which is a nice touch.

    Boat tours through the lake are available here. I personally didn't take it as the lake is very polluted and is green in color now and the charges the agents shared were more. Carry cash as they don't accept card.

    Hospitality , location - 5min walk from Bridge of Peace in the centre of Old Town. Close to all tours starting point. Evas Pavarotis building is full of history and old Georgian style. Great , nice , helpful host - Thank you Nini for the free excursion too. Great price for money.

    The location of the property was fantastic. Very central and few minutes walk from places like Liberty square, Bridge of peace and also good restaurants. Property was clean, room was spacious enough and very good value for money. Communication from the manager was very good, and the instructions given were clear and helpful.     The biggest plus point of this property is the location. Within walking distance of all the Old Tbilisi attractions, bridge of peace, the cable car to Narikala, and if you walk a bit more you can reach Liberty Square! So loved the location. Host was also nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning as well
