Always a favourite. Excellent in every way.

Always a favourite. Excellent in every way. Plenty to look at, good descriptions and there is plenty of additions to help you immerse yourself in the Roman world. Staff very friendly and helpful. BOOK BEFORE YOU GO or you may not get in on the day. Whilst waiting, pop into the Cathedral or explore the local cafés, shops and the excellent bookshop just round the corner.

Nice historic site, I came here when I was very young so it was nice to revisit. It does not seem as green as it used to the water. Also they do not sell the water anymore in the shops, I still have a bottle from last time I came!

I was worried that I would have problems getting around to see the Roman Baths, as I have mobility problems. The Roman Baths are very accessible for people with mobility problems/wheel chair users. Also wheelchair and portable seats can be borrowed from the Roman Baths. Also I noticed a quiet room, for anyone who finds certain spaces overselling. Everyone is provided with a digital sound tour device, which is very helpful and available in other languages. :-)

Worth a trip to see the history and hear how these baths were created and are now maintained. An interesting vocal commentary you can pick yourself as you go around. Anywhere from 40 mins to 2hrs depending on how much time you have. Easy to walk to like most places in Bath.

Amazing visit and phenomenal staff. The Roman Baths were exceptional, one experience I won't forget, the history behind the making of the baths is so impressive but to see it is worth the entire trip of a lifetime! Recommended for sure

I liked how simple and homey it was. Also liked the fact that although my reservation got scrambled in the system, and the property is small, that the person on duty quietly and calmly sorted me out. Also, I love the proximity to the Roman Baths and Thermae, the spa. You could walk anywhere in Bath from there--even to the train station, with luggage.

The location around the corner from the Roman Baths, restaurants and shops is outstanding - while still being a quiet street. It’s a comfortable, well appointed, clean and spacious apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was great to gather with our family. Having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus.

We had stayed at the hotel previously and that was acknowledged. The location is fabulous - very close to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and welcoming. The hotel atmosphere was relaxed but very efficient. Would recommend.

I spent two nights here and really enjoyed the experience. The lodge has a proper Bath charm to it — cosy, comfortable, and tastefully done. It felt like a true local stay rather than a generic hotel, which made all the difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre and all the main sights. Whether you’re wandering around the Roman Baths or just grabbing a coffee nearby, everything’s close at hand. All in all, a lovely little spot for a relaxing break. Would happily stay again.

This little apartment was so close to everything! A few minutes from the Roman Baths and town centre. It was a cute little apartment that had everything needed. We liked the separate toilet/shower. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating.
