We had a room in the smallest category on the top floor and were very happy with it. It was cosy, well designed, with a functional bathroom that even Had a bathtub. We loved the little details like the record player, the doll house with the coffee maker and the snacks from the pantry. The staff at No. 15 was exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got a little surprise in our room because it was my birthday.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

Very good hotel and the administration of the hotel are very helpful both Surp and Rjup they upgraded our room from small cosy to queen sized room without hesitate and they didn't even take any money for the upgraded room, everything was nice, clean and quiet, this is the best hotel I ever booked with booking. Com and I will be back again. Thanks for everyone working in this place 🙏

    Great central location in a quiet mews off Bathwick Street, within 2 minutes walk of Henrietta Park, 10 minutes from the city centre and attractions, 15 minutes walk from railway station. Rooms comfortable, although common areas showing signs of use. Agency very helpful and attentive, did their best to sort out problems.

    I enjoyed the location of the Villa, a wonderfully quiet situation with tranquil Henrietta Park across the road andi yet a short walk into o city. The room was comfortable in very hot weather, as they supplied the room with air con and a fan. Brilliant! Great to have mini fridge, seating areas and a well equipped bathroom. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. Very skilled and professional, making my stay very comfortable.
