Kristin, Carlos, Mustafa and everyone else is very interested in taking care of you and giving you the best service. everything was beautiful. an unforgettable experience. the island is gigantic and spectacular. thank you so much. The place is in a remote location in the calm waters, facing the Philae Temple. Room feels like a highly comfortable house in a dream village. Spa facilities are amazing, I would highly recommend the Egyptian hot stamp massage of Mrs. Zainab. The staff is super kind, joyous and peaceful, Mr. Shoum from the restaurant, making my check-out breakfast box with a fresh mango juice ready in a blink of an eye, Mrs. Merna and Mr. Joseph in the front desk being very helpful, upgrading my room to a jakuzi room, solving all my requests in minutes and, Mr. Besim delivering me my necklaces (that I realized that I forgot in my bathrobe’s pocket in the airport) in a speedy way right to the airport, all unforgettable… With the elegantly natural interior and exterior design in breeze of basil Ben Ben by Dhara is an oasis for Egyptian tourism. Because the place takes place in the lower dam you need to reach there by taxi and take the hotel’s boat waiting in the dock, but it’s worth the distance. I’d highly recommend, do not hesitate.

This hotel is highly recommended! The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with lovely beds, the food is Nice and the staff is incredibly helpful. Excursions are well organised. It was great fun on the falucca with sunset.

Highly recommend staying here. The view from the terrace is amazing, the surrounding area quiet and tranquil which is nice for a change and Salem and his team go above and beyond for you. They arranged our trips to Abu Simbel, Philae and to Luxor with stops on the way for fair prices and good schedules. The food they prepare is good too. Staying in the Nubian village seemed a far better and more unique option to staying in the city itself.

    Take your own pics!!! Don't get fooled by armed guards who will offer to take pics for you & expect to be tipped even if they never took the pic properly! Was very disappointed & so was the armed guard who had rubber bands keeping his bullets on in his Ak47😳

    The property is really beautiful and clean and located on the West Bank, close to the public ferry and the tombs of the nobles. The facilities are new and clean. Really good place to enjoy Aswan. I also need to thank you the host Tamer for all what they have done to us. I strongly recommend for your stay in Aswan! He organized trip to Nubian village, elephantine island, high dam, the Temple of Philae, the High Dam and the missing obelisk at very reasonable price.

    The room was clean, and comfortable with the most beautiful view over the Nile from the balcony. The staff were lovely and helped us organise tours to Abu Simbel, the temple of Philae etc. Elephantine Island was quiet and easily accessible via local ferry.

    The place is very beautiful as it is located directly on the Nile and near the Temple of Philae, away from the noise of the city. You can enjoy the stars at night and the sunrise as well. The service was also excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the value. Note: There are almost no supermarkets or fruit shops on the island, so you can bring them with you from Aswan :)

    The hotel is clean and have a good location. The breakfast is served at the roof top and have an amazing view to the River Nile. The rooms have A/C which is necessary in Aswan and a powerful shower with hot water. It was available clean towels and the bed was comfy. The hotel organised the Abu Simbel and Temple of Philae tour and gave some early breakfast.
