Great customer service and warm hospitality. The gentleman at the reception was kind enough to upgrade our second room to deluxe as mine. Specious and clean room. Excellent location (7 minutes drive to Nizami St. & 7 minutes walk to old city). Surrounded with retail stores & cafes. Room Service was prompt.

Merchant hotel has a strategic location - all main attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel itself offers nice and big rooms, super fast wifi, it is clean and cosy with extra amenities (slippers, cosmetics etc.). There are coffee and tea facilities along with free bottles of water. Bed was very comfortable. Transport can be arranged to and from the airport. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good although selection could have been better.

We stayed only for one night. The service was perfect, thanks to Feruza, she assisted us a lot, other guys also were helpful. We came to the hotel earlier and she provided breakfast free, as we didn’t have breakfast it was pleasant). The room was enormous, everything was clean and fresh, there was air conditioning and temperature regulation in the room👍. We were totally satisfied with the service, next time definitely will choose this hotel
