Perfect location, city center, just 10-15 minutes walk from Stephansplatz. Hotel-museum. Very cozy rooms and despite the fact that it is Vienna’s oldest hotel, bathroom and room is renovated. Excellent breakfast, very big choice of food and drinks. Everyone is very polite and friendly.

I don't usually leave reviews but this Hotel really deserves it!! Adequate room: warm and soundproofed; comfortable bed; spacious shower. Very kind staff! On my boyfriend's birthday they brought chocolate muffins and a bottle of wine (without having asked for it). Wonderfull!! Exceptional location: metro and tram very close! On foot you can reach St. Stephen's Cathedral in a few minutes. I love everything about Vienna and this Hotel made everything perfect! Thank you!
