This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the heart of Old Hanoi. It is newly refurbished so feels fresh. Our room on the fourth floor was remarkably quiet although it faced the street and had big windows with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable! The service is exceptional and we must mention Justin particularly who is warm and professional and did so many extras for us that made our stay feel very special, exactly how you like to feel! After walking around Hanoi for two days and looking at other hotels, we realized how lucky we were to have booked this one. We would definitely return and very much do recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, right in the vicinity of Old quarters. Fast and efficient staff, with personal attention. Taking care of your every needs Breakfast could have been more elaborate, still the spread was good, tasty and high quality.

I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

Peridot Grand Hotel & Spa has 2 on-site restaurants, 3 bars, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa in Hanoi. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a concierge service. The staff, specially the travel agent, Hong vu, who was so nice, competent and special to us making everything perfect, The Hotel is lucky to have her. Breakfast is very good too. And the bed is super!

Location is great to explore the city! Rooms were comfy and clean, they offered a nice breakfast and the staff was extremely attentive, especially Rose. They really made it a perfect stay. I'd come again!
