Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West se nachází na výhodném místě ve čtvrti West Knoxville v destinaci Knoxville. Breakfast was OK: hard eggs, oatmeal, waffles, some fruit, coffee. We were possitively surprised by the free dinner, snacks and drinks that took place from 5.30 to 7 PM. Thank you.
