The room was spacious, elegantly designed and had a wonderful view out to sea (we were in a Grand Deluxe close to reception, so the relative height at the top of a hill offered a great vantage point). Breakfast was outstanding with tonnes of vegetarian (and gluten-free) options, which was wonderful as so many Thai breakfasts tend to be so meat-heavy - this was a welcome break. The staff were courteous and friendly without exception, and the a/c in the room managed to keep the room cool despite the humidity outside. Visiting in low season was superb value, and honestly with just a few minutes of rain on one of our three day stay, a June visit is really a no-brainer, especially as nearby Khaolak is so quiet and crowd-free during this time. Walking around the resort is a pleasure - if you're lazy and don't consider walking in lush vegetation to be enjoyable, then go stay somewhere flat.

We came to celebrate our anniversary, hotel upgraded our room for free surprisingly and prepared desserts during our dining experience and put a chocolate cake in the room. The service is excellent, we tried a few restaurants, food is all very delicious and price is reasonable. We love the beach, soft sand, clean sea water and plenty of free activities. And I love the pool, it is amazing, we had a lot of fun. Aircon is adjustable which is quite nice. And the airport transfer service is great. Highly recommend to stay here!

In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

Beautiful rooms. We had a two bed suite that was perfect for the six of us. Swim up room makes everything seem easier too. The breakfast never got boring, we were still finding new things on our last day. We opted for full board which I regret. Too much food! The staff are attentive and lovely. Everything you ask is responded to immediately and with real care. For example when I asked about nuts for my daughters allergies the head chef came out to speak to me personally. Everyone is just so professional and lovely. I’ll be thinking of meandering around that pool for many years to come. I hope we can come back soon!

The room layout is very well thought out. There are sofa and table also dining table and chair. The staff is hospital and friendly.

Located in Khaolak, The Sarojin offers a lush tropical garden setting with direct access to a secluded beach area. Everything. This place is just something. I’ve been to 36 countries and multiple times in Thailand, so I’ve seen some places, but this hotel is the only one that got me crying when I was leaving, it’s not only because the nature is stunning and everything is very beautifully designed, but because of the staff! People who work there are exceptional, they made our stay very comfortable and we felt very welcomed there. I recommended it to all my friends and I hope to come here again. Also the food in the restaurant is very tasty, didn’t expect it to be SO good.

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Khao Lak - SHA Plus Extra se nachází u klidné pláže Bang Niang. Clean, well maintained hotel. Great location near the market, shops etc, good breakfast with a lot of choice.
