This was one of the, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of places mostly for business trips. The service level was just so good and the hotel was beautiful. We got an upgrade and had an amazing view. Everything in the room was perfect. They even had some vegan options for breakfast and mentioned it to the chefs when we got there - nothing fancy but it was nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Everything ran really smoothly during our stay and we also got a free shuttle back to the airport. The pool was also nice and the fitness center was the best hotel fitness center I've experienced with good machines and it was clean and inviting.

You get the traditional feelings from the decoration but everything is new and clean. The staff there made the experience staying there even more memorable, they were kind, personable, friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place.

Experience timeless hospitality at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, the only Marriott International property in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect, right next to the Night Bazaar. A short 15min walk, you can reach the Thae Pae Gate, the Old Town City, the McDonalds meet-up point for the Tripguru day tour, Chinatown and Ping River and lots of great food, Michellin guide restaurants around Chiang Mai Marriott. We are so spoilt for choice! I'd highly recommend anyone visiting Chiang Mai, just book with Marriott. Not to mention, the morning breakfast is awesome too. After a full day of walking around town, coming back to the hotel, to a nice comfy bed, and a warm bath, it is total bliss and complete relaxation!
