After our whole travel, we can say that especially at this Hotel the Check in was the smoothest as well as the service and Hotel room. When we checked out to go to our next destination we realised that we left a huge amount of money and the wallet of my boyfriend in the safe. We immediately contacted the hotel and also here: they helped us very quick and reassured us that they found the items and will keep them safe for us until we come pick it up when we are back in Bangkok. Especially the contact with Ethan was very nice! He even counted the money for us to reassure us how much we actually left. A big thank you to everyone again! This Team really made us feel safe and we could relax at our next destinations without a second thought. Of course the pick up was as easy as the whole communication! Thank you again very much! We are looking forward to visit this Hotel again! Big recommendation!
