From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service and professionalism of the staff and management. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent welcoming gesture by the counter ladies. Service boy went out of the way to drive my vehicle to their back side parking. Serving arabic gahwa & dates full time. Good breakfast. Huge car parking for almost 20+ vehicles. It is fully equipped with a swimming pool, but we didn't utilize it due to the cold weather.

The pool is heated so you can use it at any time. Really nice staff, Abdelrahman has been really nice and helpful. Really good price considering the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Recommended

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, الشاليه الرمادي is situated in Taif. This chalet features a private pool, a garden and barbecue facilities. The villa was large and clean . The children enjoyed the pool, which was heated. It also had a very good play area in the front garden. Masjid and a small grocery shop near the villa was ideal. Mr Suleman was very helpful with any issues we had and went the extra mile to resolve them. Many thanks to Mr Simbbawah, who was very understanding when the payment was delayed by the bank. Overall a very good stay.

The villa was very clean and spacious, perfect for family. The pool was clean and enjoyable for all ages. Location isnt too far from main attractions. The owner is very kind, helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again
