Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa by IHG features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Al ‘Aqar. This 4-star resort offers a bar. Just excellent! Staff super friendly, food delicious, super spa, clean, nothing to complain about ! Our little girls was spoiled by all the staff, she absolutely adored it too.

I stayed at The Suwgra for one night with my wife and three children (ages 17, 15, and 8), and we were truly amazed. The location, the views, and the surrounding landscape were absolutely stunning. This is not a typical hotel but a centuries-old village home, beautifully built into the cliffs of Al Suwgra, a village inhabited for over 500 years. The traditional architecture, both exterior and interior, took us back in time and gave us a rare chance to experience the charm of authentic village life in a very exotic setting. The view, the cool mountain air, the rain and mist, and the peaceful silence were unforgettable. Check-in was smooth, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English. We were picked up from the meeting point in Birkat Al Mouz. We stayed in the Al Barsha Suite, which had three bedrooms and four beds—very clean and comfortable. Amenities like hot water, tea/coffee, and stable Wi-Fi made the stay even better, especially considering the remote mountain setting. We also went on a lovely morning hike near the guesthouse. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and full of authentic local flavors. Meals were served in a scenic dining area, and lunch must be ordered in advance as it’s freshly prepared home-cooked food. The location is absolutely magical—peaceful, scenic, and far from the typical tourist experience.

Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, the highest five star resort in the middle east on the curving rim of a great canyon, is a secluded haven for the intrepid and discerning. Beautiful setting and very attentive and kind staff throughout the whole property. Great food and service

Honestly, this place was so magical there are no words that can describe the experience we had here. The hotel is amazing that I did not want to leave. Please stay for at least two nights, we were there for one. The lady in the hotel who guided us with the geology tour was so so helpful, she recommended us going to Oman Across Ages museum, which was one of the highlights of our tour.

Featuring a garden, private pool and pool views, Suffah Chalet شاليه صفة is set in Qurayyah. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything was perfect. It’s a real paradise in the middle of jebel al akdhar. Very very comfortable, nicely decorated and host was very kind and responsive. I couldn’t recommend more for a honey moon or just a little break.

A Perfect Stay We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rafils villa. The villa was impeccably clean and incredibly cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can't wait to return.

Everything about this property is amazing. The location, facilities, outside area, space, views, cutlery, rooms, bathrooms and indoor space were more than expected. The owner and manager were very friendly and easily contactable. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back again and again.

Wow, incredible Villa, extremely well put together place with some lovely touches. Very clean, great communication, incredible location. 10/10 across the board. 1st day in there felt like you were discovering a new awesome feature/view of the villa everytime you looked somewhere in a different direction. The layout, the decor, tge fixtures and fittings all top notch. There was someone able to be at the villa in under 5 mins if you needed anything as well. Highly recommend for a trip up the mountains.
