Loved the location overlooking the golf course. Quiet, beautiful. Cottage was amazing. Lovely layout and beautiful modern facilities. Would go there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Lyn was an excellent host and very accommodating.

No sulphur smell from hot springs, but walking distance to park with hot pools. Excellent kitchen facilities. Good parking. Great nearby attractions.

Roger and Katz are the perfect hosts! They were so welcoming, and always happy to offer suggestions for our trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. There was a choice of excellent breakfasts. The location is great - a short drive or long walk to the centre of Rotorua, but right up against the lake with stunning views (and a kayak to explore the lake!). Will definitely aim to come back if we're in the area again.

See butiikhotell asub Rotorua järve kaldal, privaatsel ja rahulikul asukohal. Perfect, homey, thought of everything. The staff was outstanding - Sheryl and Aaron were so warm and welcoming. The lodge feels so secluded, even though it’s right near town. Breakfast was outstanding, so many choices and excellent coffee.
