Easy to check in. Rooms were very nice. Pictures don't do the place justice. Complementary amenities and even drinks. Very comfortable stay.

16 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area in Hakuba, 白馬の黒馬 DarkHorse @Hakuba offers accommodation with access to a hot tub and spa facilities. This was such an unforgettable experience. We were supposed to stay for just one night but ended up staying 4! Okay, from the beginning. We had different accommodation in Hakuba, but we weren’t satisfied so we were looking for something else and found Dark Horse by chance. The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Andy, Rika, Momo and Hana create something truly special. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and such, but this one will stay in our hearts for a long time. Everything is well thought out, you can see it’s taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see it’s done properly and not just to be the cheapest. We felt so beautifully hosted. They also have an amazing sake collection to try, and the food is delicious too. Thank you again and we already miss it. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet again. PS. Tsutaya Tokinoyado Kazari asub Nagano piirkonnas Shimotonos, 41 km kaugusel Takayamast. Kohapeal on kuumaveeallikavann ja suuskadega saab sõita otse majutusasutuse juurde. Kohapeal on tasuta... Included dinner & breakfast were excellent. It's 20 minutes from Kiso-fukushima station, but they have shuttle service. 3:30pm or 5pm from train station to the ryokan. 9:30am from the ryokan to train station (there's only one shuttle service in the morning). You need to arrange shuttle service before you arrive. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains. I would stay again if I come back to Kiso-fukushima.

We arrived and were lucky enough to get upgraded to a cabin lodge for part of our stay. Nao and the team were fantastic from start to finish. We were provided the most DELICIOUS 3 course breakfast every morning. Nao even lent my partner and I goggles for the snow which we forgot to hire. Nao made recommendations for the mountains/snow conditions each day and dinner recommendations. Upon check out we were dropped off to the bus station as well. We will definitely be back when we next come to Japan. Thank you Nao for an unforgettable stay!!

Yorozuya asub Yamanouchis, 4,1 km kaugusel Jigokudani ahvipargist ja 10 km kaugusel Ryuoo suusapargist. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. This is probably one of the best ryokan in japan! High value! The onsen is very spectacular. It will stay in my heart forever. For sure I will come back.
