Located in Nakatsugawa, さかのみち-sakanomichi features a shared lounge, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Lovely newly renovated inn on the Nakasendo! The owners are welcoming and a lot of fun. Everything is neatly remodeled and comfortable after a long day of hiking. I loved the Indian style curry dinner made with local ingredients and hearty breakfast with local coffee. I'll recommend this place to many friends.

It is a fantastic property, with beautiful rooms and 2 private onsens. Very friendly/helpful staff, and the meals were some of the best we had in Japan. Fantastic pairings!
