From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The stunning beachfront, lush gardens, and world-class amenities create an atmosphere of pure relaxation and luxury. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking ocean views. Dining was a highlight, with exceptional cuisine and diverse options that catered to every palate. The resort's spa and activities, like horseback riding on the beach, were unforgettable experiences. Half Moon truly exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return to this Jamaican gem!

Cas Bed and Breakfast poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, terasu a bar. Pláž Blue Waters Beach se nachází 500 metrů odtud. Very nice hosts, everything clean, very nice local breakfast and hosts cooked for us in the evenings very tasty food. Not so easy to find. Small road up the hill from main road. No beach access from house. 10 min walk and 10 dollar entrance fees. Other beaches: take the car. Came for kite surfing but it is not offered anymore in Burwood Beach or anywhere else. Sometimes water was not working, but not for long. Hosts were helpful in every situation.

Having a separate shower and loo was proper convenient. The host upstairs was sound, giving me space but always there when I needed a hand.

The People of Jamaica are SO warm, welcoming, and loving. They truly epitomize ONE LOVE and I am grateful. I'm still glowing from the care and hospitality I was fortunate enough to experience, as well as from my island tan. The food at Hotel Reggae was the best! I'm so in love with the sawfish and/or veggie fritters, Best on the island! It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Like I said to one Jamaica mon, "if they lie about Indigenous people, you know they're going to lie about your people". Go feel the LOVE for yourself, believe me! A huge Canadian THANK YOU to the hard working staff at the Riu Reggae! Can't wait to come back!

Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and return with family and friends.

The staff were friendly, helpful & wecoming! There was a leak in the bathroom that was dealt with quickly, and there was an offer of another room if it couldn't be fixed! The manager Carlos (11/10) went above and beyond to help me solve a situation that could have been a disaster. I'm very thankful!

The staff was great and very welcoming. They where able to upgrade my room because it was my Birthday , to a swim out king suite . The food was the best I've had at resorts. Drinks were amazing, and service was great . This place is massive in size due to it having 2 sides an adult side and family side. The pool bar on the family side seem more active and fun.
