We have just returned from one week vacation at Agave in Citta. All our expectations were exceeded. The fantastic women at the reception could not make our stay better, all our wishes were fullfilled and all assistance we asked for was given. Always friendly and smiling. We got a whatsup each day and they were asking if we need something. The pool was great, the hotel was very very clean and the location was in a quite place, but still in the very center of Livorno. If you are looking for an accomodation in Livorno, do not hesitate to book Agave in Citta. Better you do no get.

A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge sabbiose di San Vincenzo, la Residenza Santa Cecilia vanta una piscina interna riscaldata, una vasca idromassaggio e una terrazza solarium, completa di lettini. Beautiful big room, very clean and the staff was super nice! We also had a little seating area outside (garden). We were able to wash our clothes, that took 30 mins, super quick. They had their own products in the bathroom, which smelled really good and were natural. :D

A 700 metri da Spiaggia di Viareggio, Villa Valentina Versilia offre un giardino, una terrazza e alloggi climatizzati provvisti di patio e WiFi gratuito. Very kind and generous host family, great people and hosts. Were kind to offer us tips regarding the carnevale. Room was very nice and the location is great. We shall very probably return.

Everything was perfect. The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

After having an awful experience at another place in Piombino, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere to stay last minute in high season and we’re so grateful we found this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

MARCONI 1935 si trova a Follonica, a 400 metri da Spiaggia di Follonica e 19 km da Golf Club Punta Ala. Mette a disposizione la vista sulla città, il WiFi gratuito, una sauna e una vasca... We stopped for a night on a cycling tour. Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

Agriturismo Sweet Cottage si trova a Marina di Grosseto e prevede la vista sul giardino, una piscina all’aperto stagionale, un giardino, una terrazza e un bar. La struttura è un fantastico angolo di paradiso, a un paio di km dalle spiagge, immerso nella campagna maremmana, con una deliziosa piscina rigenerante. Barbara e Stefano sono ospiti squisiti, sorridenti e ospitali con naturalezza. Per la seconda volta abbiamo passato le nostre vacanze allo Sweet cottage, approfittando di tutto: pranzo, aperitivo, cena, massaggi e anche di una stupenda passeggiata sulla spiaggia a cavallo la mattina presto. Super!
